In our continued mission to serve the underserved, Daughters of Africares, in partnership with Guru Nanak Hospital, will be hosting a Free Medical Camp in Kawangware on March 20th and 21st, 2025. This two-day initiative is aimed at reaching hundreds of individuals—especially young mothers, children, and the elderly—who often go without essential healthcare due to financial limitations. Every child deserves to walk into a classroom with confidence, dignity, and the right tools to succeed. From March 1st to 5th, 2025, Daughters of Africares will be holding a special School Outfit Distribution Week—a joyful campaign to ensure hundreds of vulnerable children across Kenya’s informal settlements begin their academic year with proper school attire and essential learning items.
Attendees will receive free consultations, checkups, medications, and basic treatments, delivered by a team of compassionate doctors, nurses, and medical volunteers. This camp is more than a health initiative—it is a lifeline, offering hope, dignity, and healing where it's needed most.
Ready to make a difference?
Every life we touch reminds us why we began this journey. In the crowded lanes of Kawangware, a simple act of care—a checkup, a warm smile, a dose of medicine—can reignite hope in someone's heart.
This medical camp is not just about treatment; it's about restoring dignity, spreading love, and reminding our communities that they matter deeply. Together, we are healing more than bodies—we are healing futures.
